*New Course* First Aid and Fire Safety Presentations in Assembly’s
We have a brand new course available to be booked at your location, our First Aid and Fire Safety Presentations in Assembly’s. This presentation covers the basics of first aid and fire safety in a concise one hour session suitable for assembly’s or other large groups. If you are a primary school, high school, college, activity club such as scouts, cheerleaders or brownies, after school club or any number of other groups this course is for you and can be adjusted to suit the age group at hand.
With all of our trainers coming from emergency services backgrounds including working in the NHS or the fire service they are the perfect people to provide a presentation on why it is important to have a basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety, while showing some of the basic techniques in a fun and relatable manner. This also means that if any of the attendees in the presentation have any questions on the subject matter they can ask anything and receive a well grounded answer that comes from years of experience within an emergency services environment.
Topics covered in this course include first aid techniques such as the recovery position, CPR and what to do if someone is choking. The course will also cover what to do if a child finds themselves in an emergency situation. Fire safety will include fire prevention, fire extinguishers, exiting the premises quickly and safely and fireworks safety. At the end there will be a ten minute question and answer session.
