First Aid for Parents
One of the biggest fears for many parents (and grandparents) is finding themselves having to deal with an accident or medical emergency involving their child.
It’s awful to think about being in a situation like this and not knowing what to do.
Obviously there are precautions you can take to keep your children safe at home and when you’re out and about. But if the worst happens, would you know what to do? Our First Aid for Parents training can help you.
First aid training will give you the skills and confidence to respond quickly and effectively to an emergency situation. The skills that you learn can at the very least save you a stressful and upsetting trip to A & E, and could even help to save your child’s life!
And right now we’re also offering a special online training course which you can undertake in the comfort of your own home, at your own pace on any PC or mobile device.
Many parents talk about having a sense of power and confidence after completing first aid training, and some have contacted us explaining how they have used the skills learned on their own child, thankful that they had the knowledge ready when an emergency situation arose. Others were grateful to have the knowledge in unexpected situations when someone else’s child was in danger and they were able to provide the assistance needed.
