Anxiety & Stress Awareness Workshop
This 1/2 day workshop teaches people how to identify and understand the signs, symptoms and experiences of anxiety and stress. You’ll learn to recognise warning signs and develop strategies and techniques that can help to prevent, manage & relieve the signs and symptoms, gain confidence, understanding and knowledge in how to apply these skills.
What’s more, you’ll gain an understanding of how to apply this in the world around you.
Programme Duration – 1/2 day (9:30 – 12:30)
Aims & Objectives
Aim – To increase your understanding & knowledge & understanding of stress and anxiety and gain the confidence to utilise skills to apply to self and everyday experiences.
