Programme Outline

The Level 3 Education and Training qualification is designed for learners who train others in their own organisation. You will be required to complete the 5 days of study to ensure that you have adequate knowledge to train others in your workplace. The training will take place over a 5 day period and can be done over 5 consecutive days or split into smaller sessions, providing that the course is completed within 6 weeks and you have a minimum 3 hour session each week. You will be tested on both your practical and theoretical knowledge during this time. A written test must be completed before the end of the 5 day period and will test you on the skills that you have learnt during the training sessions. Students will be asked to produce a Scheme of Work and Session Plan, which they will deliver to the rest of the group on the final day. You will be assessed by the trainer and given feedback by your peers, as well as evaluating your own performance. Our experienced trainers will be there throughout the duration of the course to help develop the knowledge and understanding to pass this course.
